Escrow Payment Service
Protecting our buyers and sellers is a top priority for WatchSwipe.

- Our escrow service provides a full end-to-end transaction solution that seamlessly integrates payments, fulfilment and support into our platform.

- Trustap simplifies transactions by securely holding the buyer’s payment in the Trustap Vault until the order is fulfilled and inspected. Once both parties are satisfied, the funds are released, ensuring a smooth and worry-free process.
How Our Protection Works
A simple three-step process for secure transactions
Agree terms
Once the buyer and seller have negotiated the price, we automatically create the transaction.
Payment acceptance
We process the payment from the buyer via a client customised payment page and the funds enter the Trustap Vault.
Shipping & Fulfilment
We track the fulfilment of every order from the seller to the buyer. This can be via courier/post or by a multitude of other flexible confirmation mechanisms.
Our escrow service is an optional add-on service that will incur a transaction fee which will be split equally between the buyer and the seller, spreading the cost fairly between parties:
Bank Transfer:
4% (2% for each party)
Credit/Debit Card Transaction:
4.5% (2.25% for each party)
Compared to the big market players this is a very cost effective offering
If trust is already there, and the buyer can visit the dealership, see the watch and premises in person, there will be no need to use the escrow service and a transaction can be made according to what suits all parties.
