No Affiliation with Brands
WatchSwipe Ltd is an independent platform and is not affiliated, associated, authorised, or endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with, any watch brands listed or advertised on the Platform.
- All trademarks, brand names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
- The presence of any brand on the Platform does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by that brand.
- WatchSwipe does not act on behalf of any manufacturer or authorised dealer.
Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
User Responsibilities
Sellers
Sellers agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful descriptions of watches
- Ensure they have the legal right to sell listed items
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Pay applicable subscription fees for listings
Buyers
Buyers agree to:
- Carry out their own due diligence before purchasing
- Ensure funds are available for transactions
- Communicate honestly and respectfully
Listings and Subscription Fees
- Sellers are charged a monthly fee to market watches on the Platform.
- Fees are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
- WatchSwipe reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
- Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or removal of listings.
Third-Party Services
Authentication Services
- WatchSwipe provides access to third-party watch authentication services.
- These services are optional and incur an additional cost.
- WatchSwipe is not responsible for the accuracy or outcome of authentication results.
Escrow Services
- WatchSwipe offers access to a third-party escrow service to facilitate secure transactions.
- Use of escrow is optional and subject to variable fees.
- Funds are held by the escrow provider until both parties confirm satisfaction.
- WatchSwipe is not responsible for escrow operations or disputes arising from its use.
Payments
- All payments for watches are made directly between users or via third-party escrow providers.
- WatchSwipe does not handle or process payments for transactions unless explicitly stated.
- Users are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- List counterfeit or illegal items
- Misrepresent products or identity
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Circumvent the Platform to avoid fees
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
Disputes Between Users
- WatchSwipe is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.
- Users agree to resolve disputes directly between themselves or via the escrow provider (if used).
- WatchSwipe may, at its discretion, assist in communication but has no obligation to intervene.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- WatchSwipe shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from transactions between users.
- WatchSwipe makes no guarantees regarding the authenticity, quality, or legality of items listed.
- WatchSwipe is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party service providers.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WatchSwipe Ltd from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any transaction you enter into
Suspension and Termination
WatchSwipe reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Remove listings at its discretion
- Restrict access to the Platform without prior notice
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including branding, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to WatchSwipe Ltd. Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.
Data Protection
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.
Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
